The Tripler Army Medical Center is the largest military medical treatment facility in the Pacific area. Tripler Army Medical Center operates the outpatient US Army Health Clinic at Schofield Barracks which provides 50 percent of the military with primary health care. Tripler Army Medical Center also provides dental care to all active duty military and their family members. Tripler Army Medical Center is a teaching facility for nearby universities as well.
